NorthWest VOIP field agent. The field agent will be happy to arrange a
demonstration of our product, along with a free assessment of your
broadband connection.
If you decide to
purchase a NorthWest VOIP plan, our field agent will then co-ordinate
the installation and provisioning of your phone system along with the
necessary testing.
When installation is
complete your NorthWest VOIP field agent will be available along with
our support staff to field any concerns or technical support issues you
may have.

As
a service to our customers NorthWest VOIP offers several IP based phone
handsets. Prices start at just $99.00 can. Customers may also choose a
third party handset as long as it is a SIP compliant, true IP phone. If
you have any questions regarding the compatibility of a phone our staff
will be happy to assist you.
NorthWest VOIP
does not encourage the use of ATA's (analog adopters) or soft phones.
These devices and software were found to deliver inconsistent levels of
performance during testing.
