What is a Forensic Audit?

Northwest Voip provides a robust auditing service whereby a dedicated technical representative helps the client inventory current communications network services and assets. From the information collected we can determine a total cost of ownership of your current systems.

After the inventory is complete we then sit down with all the stake holders from within the organization and collect information in attempt to uncover deficiencies as well as identify what current systems do well and why.

We use the knowledge and information gained from these sessions to provide and attempt to answer the following questions:
